1. What are Subscription Plans?

Themepsd's subscription plans were created to offer exclusive advantages to our most loyal customers. By subscribing to a plan, you secure progressive discounts on all store products, access to exclusive content, priority support, and much more.

Each plan has specific benefits and is charged on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). The longer the chosen period, the greater the savings on the total amount.

Important: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you decide to cancel. Keep your subscription active to ensure continuous access to all benefits.

2. How Do Product Discounts Work?

Each plan offers an exclusive discount percentage that is automatically applied to all paid products in the store. Discounts vary according to the chosen plan and are presented on the plans page.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout when you are logged in and have an active subscription. There is no need to use coupons or promotional codes.

Notice: The discount is valid only while your subscription is active. If the subscription is canceled or expires, discounts will no longer be applied.

3. Exclusive Products and Subscription Requirements

Some exclusive Themepsd products have specific active subscription time requirements for download release.

IMPORTANT: Even if you subscribe to a plan now, some products may require up to 3 months of consecutive active subscription before you gain download access.

Each exclusive product clearly indicates on its page the minimum subscription time required for release.

Why this matters:

Ensures loyal subscribers get priority access
Rewards members who keep their subscription active
Protects exclusive products from misuse

WARNING: If you let your subscription cancel or expire and then subscribe again, you start a NEW subscription from scratch. This means the subscription time counter restarts, and you will need to wait again for the minimum period to access exclusive products.

That's why it's very important to keep your subscription up to date! That way, when we launch a new exclusive product, you can download it immediately if you already have the required subscription time.

4. Notification and Invoice Payment System

Themepsd has a complete notification system to ensure you don't miss any invoice and keep your subscription active.

How it works:

Email Notification: You will receive an email after each invoice due date
WhatsApp Notification: We will also send a message via WhatsApp (if registered)
Invoice Access: All invoices are available in your user area under "My Invoices"

CRITICAL DEADLINE: Your subscription will be automatically canceled after 8 consecutive days without invoice payment acknowledgment.

This means that:

After 8 days without payment, you lose ALL benefits
Your subscription time counter is RESET TO ZERO
You lose access to exclusive products
If you subscribe again, you start from ZERO

IMPORTANT TIP: Always keep your invoices up to date! Set reminders on your phone or email so you don't forget due dates. This ensures you:

Keep your benefits and discounts active
Accumulate subscription time for exclusive products
Have immediate access to new releases
Don't need to start the count over from scratch

5. Can I Upgrade or Downgrade?

Upgrade (Moving to a Higher Plan)

Yes! You can upgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you start using the new plan's benefits immediately. The value of the previous subscription will be considered as proportional credit for the new plan.

Important note about subscription time: When you upgrade, your accumulated subscription time is preserved, meaning you don't lose progress toward accessing exclusive products.

Downgrade (Moving to a Lower Plan)

Downgrading is not available. If you want a lower plan, you will need to cancel your current subscription and wait for the paid period to end before subscribing to the new plan.

Downgrade Notice: If you cancel to downgrade, your subscription time counter will be reset to zero when you subscribe again, even if it's the very next day.

Recommendation: Choose the plan that best fits your needs from the start. Carefully evaluate the benefits of each one before subscribing. If you have doubts, upgrade instead of canceling!

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the My Plan area in your user profile.

What happens after cancellation:

You retain access until the end of the already-paid period
There will be no new charges
After it ends, discounts will no longer be applied
Access to exclusive products will be removed
Your accumulated subscription time will be LOST

VERY IMPORTANT: If you cancel and then subscribe again, it will be considered a NEW subscription. All previously accumulated time will be lost, and you will need to start from scratch to access products that require a minimum subscription time.

There is no refund for amounts already paid, even if you cancel before the end of the period. The already-paid period will be maintained until the due date.

7. Usage Rules and Violations

By subscribing to any plan, you agree to comply with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Behaviors that result in immediate cancellation without prior notice:

Sharing your account or credentials with third parties
Reselling or redistributing exclusive subscriber products
Using automated tools for mass downloading
Attempted fraud or improper chargebacks
Copyright infringement of purchased products
Abusive behavior toward our support team

WARNING: If your subscription is canceled due to a rule violation, you immediately lose all benefits and are not entitled to a refund. In addition, your account may be permanently banned from the platform.

Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Understand that some products require up to 3 months of active subscription
Are aware that canceling and resubscribing resets the time counter
Understand that the subscription is canceled after 8 days without payment
Agree to receive invoice notifications by email and WhatsApp
Are aware of the cancellation and violation rules
Accept that violations result in immediate cancellation without refund
