Our website grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the templates and other products sold through our website in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Modifications
You are authorized to make any modifications necessary to our products to suit your needs and use them in your personal or commercial projects.
Installation and Technical Support
We do not provide installation services or technical support for implementing the products. Files are delivered ready for use and editing.
Unauthorized Use and Redistribution
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make our products (modified or not) available on digital platforms, marketplaces, online repositories, sharing networks, public cloud services, or any other means that allows third parties to access, download, or acquire the original files. Purchased products are for the exclusive use of the licensee.
License Transfer
You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license to another person or entity without our prior written approval.
Intellectual Property
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All copyrights remain with Themepsd. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Copyright Information (Optional)
Some of our products may include copyright information, "design by" credits, or reference links to Themepsd. Removing these elements is optional and at the customer's discretion. However, we thank everyone who chooses to keep the credits as a way of recognizing and supporting our work.
Anti-Fraud Verification
Orders may take up to 24 hours to process due to manual anti-fraud verification. Anti-fraud verification occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions by people who are not the actual holders of the credit cards used during purchase.
3. Refund Policy
Since Themepsd.com offers digital products, we do not issue refunds after the product has been delivered, and you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any item on our website. Make sure you have carefully read the product description and which files you will receive when ordering a template.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
- Delivery of corrupted or incomplete files
- Product delivered different from what was described or advertised
- Technical error proven to be our responsibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a detailed justification.
4. Third-Party Copyrighted Material
Demo images, game characters, movies, trademarks, or other third-party copyrighted elements that appear in template previews and demonstrations are not included in the product license. These elements are used solely to visually demonstrate the template's potential. To use them, you must:
- Obtain the appropriate licenses directly from the rights holders
- Replace them with your own content or public domain content
- Use licensed images from authorized stock photo banks

7. About the Creator Program
By signing up as an Artist on Themepsd, you join our partner creator program. Your account will be pending approval and will be reviewed by our team within 48 hours. Once approved, you will be able to publish products, track your sales and receive commissions directly through the platform.
By continuing, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms of Use for Artists, as well as our Privacy Policy.
8. Eligibility and Approval
To be approved as an Artist on Themepsd, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a portfolio or track record of producing quality digital assets
- Agree to all of this platform's policies
- Not have had a previous account suspended or banned for violating these terms
Themepsd reserves the right to approve, reject or suspend any artist account at any time, without prior justification.
9. Commissions and Payments
Approved artists receive commissions on each sale of their products on the platform, under the following conditions:
Standard commission rate
The artist receives 70% of the net value of each sale. Themepsd retains 30% as a platform fee, which covers hosting, payment processing, marketing and support costs.
Rate by tier
The commission rate may vary depending on the artist's tier on the platform (New, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Artists with higher sales volume and positive ratings may be promoted to tiers with higher commissions.
Payment schedule
Commission payments are processed monthly, always after the minimum transaction confirmation period (generally 15 days after the sale to cover any refunds).
Minimum withdrawal amount
The minimum balance required to request a withdrawal is set by the platform and shown in the artist panel. Amounts below the minimum roll over to the next cycle.
Payment methods
Payments are made through the methods available in the artist panel (PIX, bank transfer or others, subject to availability). The artist is responsible for keeping their payment details up to date.
Taxes and tax obligations
The artist is fully responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to amounts received, in accordance with the laws in force in their country or state.
10. Publishing Products
Originality
You guarantee that all products you submit are your own work or that you hold the necessary rights to sell them. Submitting copied, plagiarized products or products that infringe third-party copyright is strictly forbidden.
Quality standard
Themepsd reserves the right to reject, remove or request adjustments to any product that does not meet the platform's minimum quality standards.
Description and metadata
You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, representative screenshots and correct categories for your products. Misleading information may result in product removal and account penalties.
Exclusivity
Publishing on Themepsd does not imply exclusivity. You may sell your products on other platforms, as long as this does not conflict with any specific agreements you have entered into.
11. Prohibited Content
Publishing products containing the following is strictly forbidden:
- Adult, offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
- Third-party copyrighted elements without the proper licenses
- Malware, malicious code or any element that could harm buyers
- Third-party trademarks, logos or visual identities without authorization
- Content that violates the privacy of real people
Violating these rules may result in immediate product removal, account suspension and withholding of pending amounts.
12. Reviews and Reputation
Buyers can review your products after purchase. Reviews are public and make up your reputation on the platform. Manipulating, buying or soliciting fake reviews is forbidden. Themepsd monitors suspicious review patterns and may penalize accounts involved.
13. Buyer Support
As an artist, you agree to provide a basic level of support to buyers of your products, answering questions related to the use and operation of the files sold. Recurring failure to provide support may impact your rating and tier on the platform.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
Themepsd may suspend or terminate your artist account in the following situations:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Proven fraud or attempted system manipulation
- Prolonged inactivity without justification
- Request by the artist themselves
In the event of termination due to a violation, pending balances may be withheld during the investigation period.
15. Changes to these Terms
Themepsd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
