Anti-Fraud Verification

Orders may take up to 24 hours to process due to manual anti-fraud verification. Anti-fraud verification occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions by people who are not the actual holders of the credit cards used during purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Since Themepsd.com offers digital products, we do not issue refunds after the product has been delivered, and you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any item on our website. Make sure you have carefully read the product description and which files you will receive when ordering a template.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

Delivery of corrupted or incomplete files
Product delivered different from what was described or advertised
Technical error proven to be our responsibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a detailed justification.

4. Third-Party Copyrighted Material

Demo images, game characters, movies, trademarks, or other third-party copyrighted elements that appear in template previews and demonstrations are not included in the product license. These elements are used solely to visually demonstrate the template's potential. To use them, you must:

Obtain the appropriate licenses directly from the rights holders
Replace them with your own content or public domain content
Use licensed images from authorized stock photo banks
